Tickatoo is a web-based event ticketing platform operated by Consimo Solutions Australia Pty Ltd. We help event organisers sell tickets and help attendees buy them securely online.
2. Is Tickatoo only for events in Victoria
No. While we're based in Victoria, Tickatoo supports events all across Australia.
3. How do I buy a ticket?
Simply find the event you want to attend, select your ticket type, and follow the secure checkout process. Your ticket will be emailed to you.
4. I haven't received my ticket. What should I do?
Please check your spam/junk folder first. If it's not there, contact the event organiser or email us at info@tickatoo.com.au
5. Can I get a refund if I can't attend the event?
Refunds depend on the organiser's policy. Please check the event page or contact the organiser directly.
6. Is it safe to pay through Tickatoo?
Yes. All payments are securely processed through
Stripe. We don't store any of your credit or banking information.
