3.1 Account Creation:

To access and use the Service as an Event Manager, you must create an account. You must agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Use of Service

4.1 License:

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service to create, manage, and sell tickets for events.

4.2 Prohibited Conduct:

5. Event Creation and Ticket Sales

5.1 Event Listings:

You are responsible for all content you post or submit to the Service, including artwork, event descriptions, pricing, and ticket availability. You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your events.

5.2 Ticket Sales:

You set the prices for tickets to your events. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding ticket sales, including refund policies and consumer protection laws.

5.3 Fees and Payments:

We charge a service fee for each ticket sold through our platform. The fee structure is outlined on our pricing page. Payments for tickets will be processed through the stripe payment gateway, and we will remit the ticket proceeds to you, minus our service fee, in accordance with our payout schedule.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

6.1 Event Cancellations:

If you cancel an event, you must notify ticket purchasers and issue refunds in accordance with your stated refund policy. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding event cancellations and refunds.

6.2 Refunds:

All refunds are subject to our refund policy, which is available on our website. We reserve the right to withhold service fees for refunded tickets.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership:

We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all intellectual property rights. You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the content you submit to the Service.

7.2 License to Content:

By submitting content to the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content for the purpose of providing the Service.
